Buggy finishes next to last

Well it looks like I placed 5th out of 6th.
Some how in qualifier my turn servo got knocked out, but I popped it back in for the main race. Learned that 60% of time I can make it over the 4 hills without crashing or I can also just go slow over the big hills.

Truck died at starting line

Planned on racing both my truck and my buggy, but my truck died on the starting line, the Diff is shot, will rebuild when get the parts.

2nd place turns out to be 3rd place

Some how my friend Fred had 1 more lap then I did so he lapped me some how, do not know how, but oh well.

It was thanks to his tires that got me to where I was any how.

2nd place for the MONKEY

Slow and steady the monkey went, and while everyone crashed, the Monkey almost won. Monkey even lapped people for once!!

New buggy is ready to roll

Switched out the radio crystals with another set I had from an old nitro car I got from a flea market! So now we need a new team member so we can race together. Still in search of a new body, since its the same color of the one I already have!

Race Results

Came in 3rd for 1st qualifier, came in 5th for the 2nd qualifier. Main race we came in 5th place. Gonna try to get a new battery so I can race my evader st next week too.

New Duratrax Evader BX electric buggy

Got a free DURATRAX EVADER BX electric buggy today. Gonna keep it for parts, and use the battery and charger, so thats 2 chargers we will be using at the races, and 3 batteries. Will need to get another 7.2v 3000 battery so the buggy and the truck can complete the main races, the 7.2v 1500 battery will make it for qualifying, but they wont do the main race.

3rd week of racing, 2nd place finish

Came in 2nd place my 3rd week of racing, and I finally finished repairing my duratrax evader st repairs thanks to my friend terrance!!

First night Racing

Came in 14th out of 17 in the 8 race series.

2nd night of racing

Once again I was doing good in qualifying rounds but come the main race, not enough battery power to last the whole race. Guess I will be saving up to buy a higher power battery. Anyone want to advertise on my car for a sponsorship role?

Finally got my parts!!!

Finally got my RC parts from Farmers Hobby Shop.
My car is back up and running, soon I will be ready to start racing again.
Looking for sponsors for my RC team. Parts can be very costly. Spent $40 to get it back and running. Have now spent almost 3 times as much money on my RC car as I have on my real car. My real car only cost me $100.
